Q. How do I renew my domain and hosting, My login doesn't work?
A. Your login doesn't work because this is our new website and your account has not been added as of yet.
Go to: Create Account, and set up your information including your email address.
Then go to the help desk, and send us an email telling us what you want to renew, be it your domain name, hosting, and we will create an invoice and send it you.
Then you can login again, to your account, and pay online.
