Q. I tried but I can't login to my account!
A. If you forgot your password, the login panel has password recovery.
If you still can't get in, Then you don't have an account on our new system yet.
So, go to "Create Account", fill in your details, and we will put your domain name or hosting renewal information into your account.
This is a new accounting system from Oct 2008 last year. If you haven't logged in recently then you will have to create an account.
If you are sure that you have an account, then contact the help desk with your domain name, and we will find your "username" and password for you.
