Q. How Do I Transfer My Domain Name?
A. If you would like to transfer your .com, .net, .biz, .us, .org or .info domain to our service, you'll first need to contact the current registrar and request the domain's Authorization Code or EPP code from them.
Also, make sure you ask your current registrar to unlock your domain name.
An authorization code is usually a 6- to 16-character code assigned by the current registrar.
